Please read thru the following and ensure appropriate information/future correspondence is directed to the correct individual. Any team not represented is subject to a $25.00 fine 2) Check and verify schedule, when presented, and keep your team updated on any and all changes 3) Confirm all players and coaches are registered with FHBC and VILFHA, including TeamPages. Current registration and relevant contact information must be forwarded to Director of Membership for all new players 24hours prior to any league game. 4) Confirm both umpires and team rep/captain has signed game card and conclusion of play and that both teams’ cards has the same information 5) Forward game statistics (score/scorers) via email or text (250-727-6033) to Director of Operations within 24 hours of completion of your game and leave game card in designated mail box. Not turning in game cards or reporting game scores, $5.00 fine per game. 6) If your team has to cancel or forfeit a game for any reason, other than weather, email the Director of Operations with seven days notice. Failure to do so will result in a fine levied to cover costs of the turf and umpires. 7) Each team shall name within two weeks of the beginning of the playing season name a minimum of two players, who may be allocated to the umpiring roster. Failure to name 2 players subject to a $25.00 fine. 8) Each team shall have its playing uniform, consisting of matching numbered shirt, skirt, socks and appropriate footwear, or be subject to a $25.00 fine per team. Shorts are not an acceptable alternative to skirts, and subject to a $5.00 fine per player per game. Nomination forms will be available on the league website. We encourage all teams to identify and nominate worthy recipients for these awards!
