First, as you know, this technology can be interactive thanks to our proprietary interactive video player. >> Okay. You give it a try. If you notice on the left hand rail, the vehicles like mind shows only two. Additionally, under the market day supply, the like mind shows not enough data. To address this issue, I'd recommend starting on the left hand rail and moving some options. Go ahead and try it now. Of course, you can move whatever options you want, but for this exercise, which one option could you move below the rail to create a competitive set? Good move. >> This allows you to deliver a much more engaging one-on-one experience and train people better then ever before because you can now ask questions and respond accordingly based on their choices, understanding, and overall experience levels. You can't do that using a plain old video. But before we get too far into that, let me briefly explain the basics. This is a normal training environment. Obviously, when a real module is created, the trainer or subject matter expert would pop up rather than me, but it would usually be just like this. Obviously, we can shoot on location when necessary, but usually we avoid it if possible. Not only is it a money and time saver, usually it's not even necessary. In fact, this technology was initially created in order to try and simulate what you might do at a seminar or in a classroom, hence the interactivity. We needed to be able to do whatever we did live, so it was important that we emulate the same experience and capabilities that real world environment provided. Keep in mind, we started out as a training company that traveled around the world and basically said the same thing over and over, day in and day out. But on occasion, we may have had a bad day and forgot to say a few things, or we didn't say what we were saying enough or with the same enthusiasm because we were tired and beat from traveling. So we invented Light Speed VT to make sure that nothing was forgotten, nobody heard it differently, and nobody was left behind due to us having to leave before they had a chance to actually learn and absorb what we were there to teach. And of course, we could now test each and every person to make sure that they individually learn the information, which we couldn't do in a live environment. There was too many people and too little time. So we created this technology to emulate what we did live. For example, in a classroom, you might hand out a workbook. Here, I can prompt you to print one out. Not only does it save you money on printing and sending a thousand copies out, users can now access the most updated version instantly. Another thing you might see in a classroom or in a seminar environment is a PowerPoint deck or an overhead project that is used to support what the trainer is explaining. Here, you can provide the same thing in this area, but much better than in a live environment. Here, I can zoom in, highlight areas of interest, allow you to print the material out, or simply access it in the file vault later. I can also use video within video. As you can see, I can freeze it, use slow motion, and even go frame-by-frame. So basically, anything you can do in a live environment, except maybe shake their hand, you can do in this environment, just better and more thoroughly. Normally, everything we shoot is on green screen, so if we need to put you in a specific environment, like a garage, a laboratory, or on the beach, we can. Take an employee handbook, for example. Rather than just let you read a page or two with is a sketch on how to escape the building, with this, we can actually show you the escape route and make sure that you actually know it rather than just hope you do. So as you can imagine, there are a lot of advantages to delivering virtual training and information in this way. But not only can you deliver training and communication more efficiently, you can test, track, and measure it in real time. Accountability is the backbone to this system. Everything is being tracked and recorded in real time so you can see who's learning and growing, and who is not. Not only is it tracking and testing everyone, we can even provide role-play simulations to allow them to practice what they've learned, which develops their confidence and skill level. >> Gold's Gym.
