Hookey Rules

Hookey Rules
The standard game of Hookey is as follows:
1. To determine who shall begin the match, 6 rings are thrown and the
highest scorer starts and the others follow in scoring order.
2. Each player shall throw 6 rings, one at a time in his or her turn and the
numbers ringed shall count as the score.
3. If a player places all 6 rings on the board in succession another throw is
allowed.
4. The first player to reach the score of 101, or higher score as agreed upon
before the commencement of play, wins the match.
5. Players must throw the exact number to complete their score. If the play is
up to say 101 and a player reaches 99, he must score the two or remain
on 99 until he does so. If he exceeds the two required, he loses the
balance of the throw.
