Education Options - Glenwood City School District

State Statute Section 3224(m) 119.57(1): Annually, by January 31st, each public school shall
provide public notice and post on its Internet site a description of available educational
options, including: public schools, private choice schools, charter schools, virtual schools,
full-time open enrollment, youth options and course options within its boundaries.
Children who reside in the School District of Glenwood City, have the following
educational options:







Wisconsin Private School Choice Program

pupils enrolled in a home-based private education program

Parents of children with disabilities are also advised that there is a special
needs voucher program
State Statute Section 3312, s.118.57 states that the School Board’s Notice of Education
Options must include the most recent school accountability performance category assigned
to each school within the district’s boundaries, including public, independent charter and
private choice schools; and inform parents that the full school district accountability report is
available on the district website.
