coordination activities and combinations

Players move around inside area, changing directions
regularly.
When balls are added encourage players to move in
and out of each other, using fakes and turns

Cones – Multiple cones dropped randomly inside
area. Players complete moves to cones
Key Coaching Points
Full movements on dynamic stretches, reduce speed
and concentrate on mechanics of movements
Ball work – small touches, head up, move ball in
different directions, not a straight line, avoid other
players. Use changes of speed and direction
