Montostal Sp. z o. o. invites you to deliver bids suppling set of strand jacks appropriate with Heavy Lifting technology.
The purchase will be realizing in terms of project called “Purchase of innovative in world’s scale Heavy Lifting
technology in order to assembly of bridges and steel constructions incresing competitiveness Montostal Sp. z o.o.
company on the international market”, co-financed from European Union founds in terms of Regionalny Program
Operacyjny Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego.

III. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTRACT
1. The object of the order is the service of delivering the set of strand jacks appropriate with Heavy Lifting technology
with specification given below:

IV. THE DATE OF ACCOMPLISHEMENT OF THE ORDER
The deadline is 30.09.2012.
V. CONDITIONS OF TAKING PART IN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
1. Bidders who may apply about the contract:
a. Are not limited by law in scope of realization of this order.
b. Having necessary knowledge, experience and technical potencial to accomplish the contract on time.
2. Are not financially and personally connected with the Contractor.
VI. HOW TO PREPARE THE BID
The bid should include:

3. Equipment specification.
4. The price for accomplishement given in PLN or EUR as net value+VAT.
5. The date of preparing the bid.
VII. THE PLACE AND DATE TO DELIVERING THE BIDS
1. The bids should be submitted to the Contractor until 16.05.2012, 12:00 p.m. local time.
2. Incom of the bid is regarded as delivery.
3. The bids can be send by email or faxed.
4. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
VIII. THE CRITERIA OF EVALUATION OF THE BIDS
1. The best bid will be chosen by:
a. Price.
b. Equipment evaluation in terms of technical and technological innovative solutions.
2. The bids will be evaluated by 3-person jury. Each member of jury may give from 0 to 30 points, which means the
Bidder can be given from 0 to 60 points score. Choosing the best bid the Contractor will take into consideration the
criteria below:
CRITERIA 1 - PRICE (K1) - prices will be put in order from the lowest to the highest. Points will be given as below:
a. 1 place – 10 points,
b. 2 place – 5 points.
c. 3 and next places – 0 points.
The score achived given by one of the members of the jury contains in the scale from 0 to 10.
CRITERIA 2 - EQUIPMENT EVALUATION IN TERMS OF TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS (K2)
The score achived given by one of the members of the jury contains in the scale from 0 to 10.
CRITERIA 3 – THE COST OF MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
The score achived given by one of the members of the jury contains in the scale from 0 to 10.

The final score will be calculated in formula given: Ok = K1 + K2 + K3
Symbols mean:
Ok – the final score
K1 – the score given by 3 members of the jury - criteria price
K2 – the score given by 3 members of the jury - criteria equipment evaluation in terms of technical and technological
innovative solutions
K3 - the score given by 3 members of the jury – criteria the cost of maintenance and service
3. After verification of bids by the Contractor the best one will be choosen. The Bidder who will meet all abovementioned terms and will get the highest score will be chosen. If the Contractor will not be able to choose the most
attractive bid because of two or more bids with the same scores, the Contractor will choose the one with the lowest
price. If the Contractor and choosen Bidder will not cooperate, the proposal will be presented the Bidder whose bid was
the second score.
Vendor protests and recalls will be rejected.
If the price do not meet the budget, the bid will be rejected.
