Our APIC-WV annual conferences seem to keep getting better, and last year was no exception.
Our 2016 conference, Partners in Prevention was one of our best. Of course, that would not
have been possible without the continued support of our vendor partners. Thank you! We have
pictures from the conference on our website at www.apicwv.org.
Our 2017 conference will be September 21 and 22 at the Charleston Civic Center in
Charleston, West Virginia and promises to be just as exciting as last year’s. The conference
theme will be Reaching New Heights in Infection Prevention, which will focus on industry hot
topics and prevention of problems before they become unmanageable.
You will want to be a part of the vendor exhibit on Thursday, September 21, since it is a great
time to network with and introduce products to physicians, nurses, administrators, and medical
technologists from public health, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare agencies from
West Virginia and surrounding states. Your support of APIC-WV allows us to invite dynamic
speakers in the fields of infection prevention and patient safety. We are finalizing this year’s
agenda, and it will be available soon.
The exhibitor fee is $450 per table, but you can take advantage of the early bird discounted
price of $400, if you register and pay by August 15. Also included for those exhibiting or
sponsoring any part of the conference is lunch for one company representative and admittance to
the conference on Thursday. Your company will receive recognition in the program packets that
are prepared for each conference participant. If you want to provide a door prize that is awarded
in your company’s name at the conference, please let us know.

Please respond as soon as possible by returning the completed registration form with your check
or by going to apicwv.org to pay by credit card (please note: online registration will open July 1).
