Players
We would like to thank you on making the decision to join Tees Valley WSC. We hope that you will find fun and
friendship within the team you choose to join, as well as learning and developing your own skills. At any level, it’s
all about enjoying the game and trying to improve your own ability with your team. We are a competitive club and
we try to ensure there is competition for all levels. We pride ourselves on our development structure, which gives
everyone the chance to work their way up the ladder in any of the sports that we have on offer.
Subs for Members
Becoming a member of the club will entitle you to all training set up by the club for your age group or your playing
level (this will be determined by the coaches), a team training vest and to be able to represent the team in the
National League and other competitions if selected by your coach.
Subs for members will be £20.00 per month and are payable on the 1st of every month by Standing Order. The
attached form should be completed and given to your bank for the Standing Order to be set up. This can be
cancelled at anytime if you leave the club (this is not a 12 month contract).
There will be NO exceptions to paying subs (even if you have missed sessions due to illness, injury, or holidays, etc)
unless due to extreme family financial hardship. They are payable for each member no matter how many (or how
few) training sessions or matches are attended each week.
Subs for Associate Members
An associate of the club will have access to training with the club but will not receive a team training top or be able
to represent the club in competition.
Subs for Associate members will be charged at £3.00 for every training session that they attend.

In the event that I (my son/daughter) am injured while playing wheelchair sport or travelling to and from
sporting events, and am unable to give permission (cannot be contacted on the above numbers), I hereby
*DO / DO NOT give consent for me (my son/daughter) to receive medical attention.
I also hereby *DO / DO NOT give consent for photographs/videos of myself (son/daughter) to be taken at
arranged training sessions or club events and games and used at the club's discretion including the club’s
social media and/or any press events linked to the club.
I also agree that should I, or my child, leave Tees Valley WSC I will return all club equipment given to us and pay
any monies due. I understand that if I do not comply with this Tees Valley WSC reserve the right to withhold mine
or my son’s/daughter’s registration cards until the matter is resolved; this may prevent me or them from playing
for another club. I understand that it is my responsibility to cancel any Standing Order with the bank if I, or my
child, leave the club and, if any payments are made in error, they will not be refunded.

Associate at £3.00 per training session, per participant. Should you or your child attend a
training session and not pay subs for any reason then they will be expected to pay for the missed
week at next attendance. Not paying to attend is unfair on other players that pay their subs on a
weekly basis. You will NOT receive a club training top or your league registration, and will NOT
be eligible to represent RGK Tees Valley Titans at competitions.
Member / Junior Member at the rate of £20.00 per month for 12 months (payable on the 1st of
each month). (Annual cost - 12 x 20.00 = £240). Becoming a member you will receive a club
training top, your league registration and be able to represent the team in the National League
and other competitions if selected. (Subs are payable by Standing Order, form is attached)
Advance Subs Option - is available at the rate of £200 each season. Players & Parents should
note that the £200 is non refundable (for any reason) and MUST be paid no later than 1st July of
each year. Becoming a member you will receive a club training top, your league registration and
be able to represent the team in the National League and other competitions if selected.
Training sessions will be during term time only (39 weeks of the year) due to the restrictions at Outwood
Academy. This refers to training days and does not include game days.
