SEALED-BID SALE OF VEHICLES
UNDP Kazakhstan is selling the following vehicle by sealed-bid auction.
Vehicle model - Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
Year made – 1999, current mileage - 485 000 km, 3,400cc Petrol engine, 5-Door, Mechanical
transmission, air conditioner.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. The vehicle will be sold on “as is and where is” basis;
2. Vehicle is not customs cleared, on temporary import basis
3. There are no guarantees or implied warranties to the conditions of the vehicle.
This vehicle is parked in Astana office of UNDP. Please contact Mr. Bakyt Zhexembay at (7172) 696550

The winning bidder should transfer proposed amount to UNDP Kazakhstan bank account within five
working days of auction results announcement. Vehicles should be picked up within five working days
after receipt of payment.
UNDP Kazakhstan will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register
the vehicle. UNDP Kazakhstan will arrange necessary documents (official letter to authorities to arrange
the de-registration) the vehicle within ten working days after receipt of payment. The buyer is responsible
for all further expenses and procedures related to vehicle registration.
UNDP Office reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
Bids according to the form below should be submitted in the sealed envelopes with marking “Auction on
vehicle sale. DO NOT OPEN” on or before 18,00hours on 10 August 2016 to the following address:
