1 You need to create an account and provide information about yourself in order to use some of the
features on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
password and login credentials. You are also responsible for all activities that occur in connection
with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2 All agents must display the Sightseeing Manchester Literature in the stand provided.
3 All customers at point of purchase must accept the full terms and conditions from the booking
website http://www.sightseeingmanchester.com/
4 Sightseeing Manchester will supply an invoice on a monthly basis within 7 days of the end of each
month with details of number of transactions and value. Payment terms will be 30 Days from
receipt of the invoice.
5 Each party will do all necessary to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and each
party hereby indemnifies the other against any claim arising from its own failure to do so.
6 The rights and duties contained under this Agreement shall not be assignable to any third parties
save by the mutual consent in writing of both parties hereto.
7 We may terminate or suspend your account for any or no reason and without notice or liability of
any kind and any such termination or suspension could prevent you from accessing your account.
You may terminate your account at any time.
8 We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone who requests to be set up as
an agent.
9 Both parties agree that the terms of this Agreement and any secret or confidential information
concerning the business or finance of the other are confidential and neither party shall disclose
any such information to any third parties whilst it remains confidential.
10 Unless otherwise agreed in writing neither party shall be responsible to the other for any direct
loss or any loss of profit, loss of business or any consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
11 This agreement is governed by English Law.
