Turnament started 2014. year 6. april 10:00 pm
Broceni, Brocenu ice rink, Latvia.
Manegement.


Tournament organized Brocenu Children and Youth Sports School in collaboration with
"Brocenu sports center".
The main turnament referee Dinārs Daugela.
Participants.


Participate in the tournament, children who were born in the 2004th and the younger (b. license
control).
Tournament team announces 20 players, inclunding goalkeeper.
Financial terms.


Peay of turnament is 140 Eur for the team.
The fee of travel expenses, eating, covers each team inself.
Rules of the game.






This group of hockey players banned use of force. Each team to field five field players and
goalkeeper.
The game unfolds after the IIHF rules with the exception of playing time.
Game time is 3x15 min (dirty time) with ice cleaning for each of the games.
Winning team receives three points, for a draw one point, for winning in the penalty shots two
points.
In the case of a tie, penalty shots, one by one, until the first error.
The financial obligations to settle before the first game.
Awarding.


The special rewards for the best two in each team.
The first three teams will be awarded with medals. The memorial marks will be for all teams.
