All Fire Exits are clearly marked. Fire Assembly point in adventure playground exit from Robin Room, left outside through small gat (never locked) or exit from small hall. Member of Churchill Park staff always in building. If no-one in office, ‘phone in reception will raise member of staff very quickly. Rooms allocated are via yellow line. Activity Hall - large room with separated by sliding doors; hard floor, soft play equipment stacked at one end. School music equipment stored in second half of room. Hygiene room (opposite Robin Room) Staff will either supply key or leave unlocked. Hoist, bed, sink, adjustable toilet, shower Doors into secure outdoor play area. Second room to use is Robin room – if art in this room ensure carpeted floor is protected. Staff can park at school entrance to unload then move cars to main car park. Adequate parking spaces. Entry and exit to premises controlled by electronically operated main door either by reception/ manager on site. Chosen members of DXA will hold swipe card. An automated register records all staff and visitors staying on the premises, issuing a self-adhesive identity which must be worn whilst on the premises. Staff are required to record their departure before leaving.
