OBJETIVOS DE LA ACTIVIDAD:
1. Introducir etiquetas y números en una hoja de cálculo
2. Introducir y copiar fórmulas sencillas
3. Crear un gráfico
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD – ORIENTACIONES:

Income:

wages, interest, and other
sources
Expenses: Money spent
during a period of time to
pay for goods or services
Now you are going to work with real information about income and expenses during
second week after you came back to school. (you have previously collected this
information)
Task A
Open a new folder Last Name Name Activity 2. Copy the Activity 1 Excel file and rename
as Last Name Name Activity 2.
1. a. Open the Activity 2.XLS file Open a New worksheet in the same Workbook, rename as
Week 2.
b. open the Budget 2 Excel file and copy all the information contained in the worksheet.
2. Format: Center the main title merging cells A1 to D1 and center Week 2 between E1 and
F1. Configure titles in bold, complete the required information. Configure numeric values
as Currency – Colombia, with 0 decimal places.
3. Center the INCOME title between B3 and F3 cells. Configure with bold. Configure A8
and A9 cells
4. Merge Cells from B9 to F9. Configure A10 with bold
5. Configure A10 cell with Bold and merge cells from A10 to F10
6. Configure A14, A15 and A16 cells with Bold
6. Merge cells from B16 to F16
7. Fill in the missing data using the table below

2. Insert and configure a chart to display Income and days

4. Insert and configure a chart to display Total income/Week and Total Income/Week in
dollars.
10. Configure borders around the cells as displayed in the image.
11. Print the spreadsheet with values. Save as Last Name, Name Print 1
12 Print the spreadsheet with the formulae showing. Save as Last Name, Name Print 2
13. Print all the charts in different files, save as Chart 1, Chart 2, Chart 3. Send your folder
containing your evidences and one folder containing printed files.
