P’s run the ball down the ground sharing it to have a shot on goal. At the same time the
O’s rundown the ground to spread to get ready for the ball to be kicked in. Once the
goal has been scored the P’s must man up the O’s. When the ball is kicked in it then
becomes a 5 on 5 working it back down the ground

P’s run the ball from the centre with pressure coming from 2 defensive
players before having a shot on goal. Once this has occurred the
P’s can then take off any where in readiness for the
coach to blow his whistle to signal a kick in. D’s must look to man up to stop the ball from
rebounding out of defence. You can have a couple of groups or you could make it a
Competition – 5 goes each and swap over. Stop the goals!!
