World Workplace Council Sessions
• Lunch & Learn with IFMA Councils:
– 90 minute block, lunch on Friday
– Better instructions/communication about lunch
– Session Outline:
• 10:30 - 11:15 am - Pick up lunch/ Seated in desired session
• 11:15 -11:20 am – Council Housekeeping/ Introduction of Main Speaker
(need to confirm 1 council person to intro each speaker)
• 11:20 am – 12:15 pm - Main Speaker Presentation
• 12:15 -12:30 pm – Question and Answer (If applicable)
• 12:30 pm - Break
• Council Session Deadline:
– Please complete this form and return to Monica Cooper, Event
Program Manager [email protected] by March 19, 2010.
– Note: Meeting this deadline is critical in ensuring the session
information is included in ALL of the marketing materials for World
Workplace 2010.

The meeting requests also help us with planning at the Convention Center and at our hotels. So, if
you are unsure of your exact attendance, time or any other details, please submit a form with as
much info as possible and we can work on the specifics at a later time

All hosted and scheduled functions for World Workplace 2010 must be “registered”
with show management. If you plan to hold any functions special events or
hospitality suites.
Council Retention Rates
IFMA Headquarters tracks member retention
rates for each council.
– Overall headquarters retention rates:
• BSC Target: 81%
• Current actual: 72%
– Current overall council retention: 65%
– One % improvement in January
– Includes ‘IFMA drops’ and ‘Council Only drops’

policies in place or not. If not, why?
