Looks like the SLA set up on Thursday caused the Null error. I have tried to change this from Start
17:00 End 16:59 to Start 08:00 End 17:00 but getting above message.
This is an issue because the time difference is too small. The data can be changed in the
helpdesk_sla_response table to correct it. Mass to arrange a GTM to discuss

24 hours.
The SLA at present cannot handle 24 hours the best option is start time 00:01 and end time
