How to Perform this Exercise:
• Standing holding one pole.
• With a split stance draw your belly button inwards keeping good posture
lower to the point where your back knee just touches the ground.
• Then come back up.

How to Perform this Exercise:
• Standing upright in a split stance holding dumbbells by your sides.
• Drawing your belly button inwards bend your knees to lower to the point
where your back knee just touches the ground.
• Push with your legs to return to standing and repeat.
• Perform on the opposite side.
