General Notes
Goals Dudley Skills Centre, 9-11 age group.
Aims & Objectives
The aim of the session is to develop the players ability to retain possession in
tight areas.
Organisation & Setup
15x10 area, Three teams of 4. Two teams start in the middle, one team starts
on the outside. 1 goal scored after every 5 passes completed.
Coaching Factors & Outcomes
Develop ability to keep possession in tight areas.
Adaptation & Progression
Change teams in middle after every minute.
Pass count resets if the ball is played to a player on the outside.

Develop passing and dribbling in tight areas.

Try to keep possession of the ball for as long as possible.
Try to support the player on the ball.
