2017 CICEP Summer Meeting
Shuttle Bus Schedule
June 26 – 28, 2017
Guests staying at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa that wish to utilize our free summer meeting shuttle bus service
should refer to the below timetables for pick-up and drop-off times. On June 26-27, there will be two 30-passenger
shuttle making alternating loops every 15 minutes. On June 28, there will be one 56-passenger bus making a loop every
30 minutes. Please be at the pick-up location at least 3 minutes before the scheduled times below.
Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa Pick-up and Drop-off location: Circle Drive. Please see location #31 on the attached map
of the hotel grounds.
Attendees that are not interested in utilizing the shuttle may instead choose to use Lyft, Uber, or local taxi services.
Notice: Shuttle departure times are approximate and delays may occur due to traffic.
