General Rules
1. New Club Members will receive up to $100 back on their first trip based
on the structure below:
• First Trip Offer (all eligible points must be earned on the date of player
sign-up):
i. 3,000 + points = $100 in Free Bonus Play or Reward Chips
ii. 2,000 - 2,999 = $75 in Free Bonus Play or Reward Chips
iii. 1,500 - 1,999 = $50 in Free Bonus Play or Reward Chips
iv. 500 - 1,499 = $20 in Free Bonus Play or Reward Chips
v. 200 - 499 = $10 in Free Bonus Play or Reward Chips
2. Offer can only be redeemed one time.
3. Existing Club Members are not eligible to participate in this program.
4. Member of The Club must be at least 18 years of age with a valid
photo identification.
5. Members of The Club will only be allowed to maintain one account. We reserve
the right to limit the number of cards issued on the same account.
6. Accounts and membership benefits are non-transferable.
7. Free Bonus Play and Reward Chips are non-negotiable and non-transferable.
8. It is the Club Member’s responsibility to properly insert their Club Card into a slot
machine or present it to a table games dealer before playing table games.
9. Table Mountain Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player
negligence or improper insertion of The Club Card.
10. Points will not be earned during Free Bonus Play or Cash Play.
11. Any disputes regarding the accumulation of points maintained in a member’s
Club account will be reviewed by management. Decisions will
be final and binding. There will be no credit given on machines in which
the card reader is temporarily out of service.
12. The Club cards are for personal use of the individual to whom The Club
card is issued. Members may not accrue points by distributing their card
to other players.
13. A member must present valid photo identification bearing the name that
appears on his or her Club card when redeeming member benefits, including
comps, at The Club booth. Points will be deducted at the time of redemption
for the amount indicated. No refunds of points will be issued. Gratuities and all
applicable taxes are not included in redemptions.
14. Any misuse of The Club card to earn or redeem points, comps, or other
member’s benefits will result in immediate revocation and loss of any
outstanding privileges and benefits.
15. Duplicate cards will be issued with valid photo identification. The Club is not
responsible for lost or stolen cards.
16. If a member has more than one card for his/her account, Free Bonus Play and
Cash Play will only be available on the first card inserted during a session.
17. Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential Personal Identification
Number (PIN) for his or her account and keeping it secure. Members are
responsible for all transactions on their accounts authorized with their PIN.
18. A member must present valid photo identification bearing the name that
appears on his or her Club card when requesting that his or her PIN be reset.
19. Accounts with no activity for 12 months will be considered inactive and points
will be retired. Free Bonus Play that has been converted from a Club member’s
account point balance will be cancelled after 365 days of inactivity.
20. Found cards will be returned to The Club booth.
21. Table Mountain Casino employees are not eligible to participate.
22. Table Mountain Casino reserves the right to change or revise policies and
benefits at any time without notice.
23. Membership in The Club as well as Club member benefits may be revoked,
modified, or cancelled at any time at management’s discretion and without
notice or compensation.
24. Cash Play will be limited (based on the availability of points) to the following
within 24 hours: $500 for Player and Preferred Club members, $1,000 for
Platinum Club members.
25. Use of The Club card indicates acceptance of the rules of The Club.
26. All decisions regarding these rules made by Table Mountain Casino
management are final.
27. Table Mountain Casino reserves the right to alter or cancel this program without
prior public notice.
