Official Rules
NO PURCHASE, TRANSACTION OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE
WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL
RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF
ENTRY.
ELIGIBILITY: The Lisle Savings Bank 100 Year Celebration Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open
to legal residents of the State of Illinois, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Lisle
Savings Bank (“Sponsor”), advertising and promotional agencies engaged in the production of the
Sweepstakes and Marden-Kane, Inc. (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family
members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) of and/or persons living in the same household as
such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to verify
eligibility qualifications of any winner. Sponsor is not required to enter into correspondence with
entrants, including via e-mail. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable, federal, state, local laws and
regulations. Void anywhere outside the State of Illinois.
DESCRIPTION/HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes. 1) Lisle Savings
Bank Account Holders as of June 12, 2017, are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Account
Holders are defined as: a) Any and all persons designated and authorized to transact business on an
account. Each Account Holder’s signature needs to be on file with Lisle Savings Bank. The signature
authorizes that person to conduct business on behalf of the account; b) Any and all persons who have a
mortgage loan with Lisle Savings Bank; c) Any and all persons who have rented a Safe Deposit Box with
Lisle Savings Bank.
2) Non-customers can enter by completing an entry form available at the Lisle Savings Bank location at
1450 Maple Ave., Lisle, IL 60532, or the Lisle Savings Bank location at 4720 Main Street, Lisle, IL 60532
by June 12, 2017. Fill out the entry form with your first name, last name, street address, city, state, Zip
code, daytime telephone number, age and email address (optional). Deposit the entry form into the
ballot box at the bank. In order to be eligible, you must fill out all of the required information. At the
time of entry, you will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from Sponsor.
Entrants are not required to opt-in, and opting in will not increase your chances of winning the
Sweepstakes.
There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from
any person will be void.
RANDOM DRAWINGS DETAILS: A random drawing will be held on or about June 22, 2017, to
choose one hundred (100) winners, who will each receive, by certified mail, a $100 Cashier’s Check and
notification of their eligibility to win Grand, First or Second prizes. The odds of winning will depend on
the number of eligible entries received. Once these winners are confirmed, an additional random
drawing will be held on or about July 14, 2017, for these confirmed Winners to award one (1) Grand
Prize of $5,000, one (1) First Prize of $2,000 and one (1) Second Prize of $1,000. The odds of winning
the Grand Prize are 1:100. The odds of winning the First Prize are 1:99, and the odds of winning the
Second Prize are 1:98. The odds of winning any prize in this additional drawing are 1:33. The Grand,
First and Second Prize winners will be notified by phone and or email. These drawings will be conducted
under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, at Woodbury, NY,
USA. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or judges are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the
right to award a prize of equal or greater approximate value and comparable use.
PRIZES: One hundred (100) winners will each receive, by certified mail, $100 dollars awarded in the
form of a Cashier’s Check, value $100. One (1) Grand Prize of five thousand dollars will be awarded in
the form of a Cashier’s Check, value $5,000. One (1) First Prize of two thousand dollars will be awarded
in the form of a Cashier’s Check, value $2,000. One (1) Second Prize of one thousand dollars will be
awarded in the form of a Cashier’s Check, value $1,000. Total value of all prizes is $18,000.
In no event will more prizes be awarded than the quantities listed in these Official Rules. The Cashier’s
Checks, Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize shall be collectively referred to as “prize”.
All federal, state or local income, sales and use taxes or other taxes, or additional service fees are the
responsibility of the Winners. The Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prizes after they
have been delivered. Sweepstakes Entities will not replace prizes sent to the confirmed Prize Winners that
are lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged or used without permission. The Grand Prize, First and Second
Prize Winners are required to furnish their social security numbers that will be used only for the purpose
of reporting the Winners’ prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Potential Prize Winners will be notified by mail, phone and/or email and
must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and (where
legal) a Publicity Release within 7 days of attempted notification. Grand, First and Second Prize Winners
will also complete a W9 Tax Form and must have their Affidavit/Release Forms notarized. The
Affidavit/Release Forms are subject to verification by Sponsor. The awarding of the prize is contingent
on individual’s full compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If Winner is found to have falsified any information, the Winner forfeits his/her prize and is disqualified,
and an alternate Winner will be selected according to the original winner selection method. Upon
disqualification, no prize will be awarded. If prize notification is undeliverable or if potential Winner does
not comply within the applicable time period as stated above, he/she will be disqualified and an
alternate Winner selected. Allow up to 2 weeks for prize verification and prizes to be mailed to Winner’s
home address. Acceptance of prize and with written consent constitutes permission the Sponsor to use
Winner’s name, city, state, comments, photograph, voice and/or likeness for purposes of advertising,
trade and/or publicity without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered,
worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval except where prohibited by
law. If the Winner is a Lisle Savings Bank Authorized Account Holder, he/she must have an account in
good standing as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and meet all eligibility requirements as
described in these Official Rules in order to receive the prize. An Account Holder is in good standing if:
1. Account Holder is not delinquent or in default on their loan with Lisle Savings Bank; 2. Account
Holder’s deposit account (s) with Lisle Savings Bank is not overdrawn or frozen on the day(s) of the
drawing(s); 3. Account Holder is not delinquent on their Safe Deposit Box rent on the day(s) of the
drawing(s). Any non-Account Holder Winner must meet all eligibility requirements as described in these
Official Rules in order to receive the prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be
bound by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes, and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or the judges
shall be final and binding in all respects.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for (a)
undecipherable, late, lost, misdirected, incorrect or inaccurate, faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled
electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, theft, destruction or alteration of entries
at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause,
with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers
utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) any injury or damage to Account Holder’s
or to any other person's electronic device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to
download any materials related to the Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of
running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes in whole or in part and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect
or unaffected entries received as of the termination date. In the event of acts or regulations of any
governmental or supra-national authority, or in time of war, national emergency, accident, dangerous
weather conditions, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism or other matters
beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the
Sweepstakes, and notice would be posted online at: www.lislebank.com under Resources. Sponsor
reserves the right to conduct a background check on all Winners.
CONDUCT: Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves
the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the operation of
the Sweepstakes, to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules
or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency
between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and
conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entrants agree to
indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and
actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance,
possession, use, non-use or misuse of the prize that may be awarded. Sweepstakes Entities are not
responsible for printing, typographical or other inadvertent errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials
or other errors relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, errors
which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries
and the announcement of prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS &
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR
OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information collected from Entrants will be used
by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes only. Sponsor shall not sell, share or
otherwise disclose personal information of Entrants with third parties, other than to third parties
engaged by Sponsor to fulfill the above purposes. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy
policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall control and govern. To review Lisle Savings

DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and
Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or
conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the
application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees
that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the Participant and any Released Party,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prize awarded, or
the determination of the Winner must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted or entitled
to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential
damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-pocket
expenses (if any), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
