Congratulations to all prize winners and as usual thanks to all riders, helpers and officials for helping the event to run
smoothly on what was a pleasant morning. We were lucky to get finished before the rain later in the day. Thanks go in
particular, to the members and friends of the West Pennine Road Club who got up at an (almost) unearthly hour to make
sure we met all the marshalling and other requirements etc. An extra thank you to daughter Katie who volunteered to
man the refreshments and did a great job single handedly. Special thanks to those who helped to deal with the
unfortunate accident. The rider involved is hopefully now fully recovered.
See you all next year hopefully when hopefully we will have Ladies and Juniors/Juveniles on the start sheet again!
