Ambassador: for a one-time annual 200€ fee, we send you pre-screened CVs of candidates from the
Shipping Educational Institutions and Cadets from the Marine Academies, (for sandwich courses) & it’s up to
you entirely how you train them & handle the process. You are giving students a chance to develop.

Founder Member: for an annual min operational fee of 500€, we send you a short-list of pre-screened CV’s. All
candidates are prepared and guided by us for the basic administrative tasks, their office dress code & conduct and
are made aware of a defined role in your office. You are helping PROJECT CONNECT & your company’s CSR.

Sponsor: the Sky is the Limit of what you can donate, in order to help us jump-start the worthwhile PROJECT
CONNECT. We will be at your service for all the above and any other HR requirements to the best of our ability.

Your financial assistance is to cover operational expenses and the costs of self-development seminars
to students for free (ie: topics such as business administration skills building, CARE and office
etiquette).
Upon your registration and letting us know your needs, a short-list of CVs you may choose from, is sent to you. Members
and Sponsors also receive specific programs for Intern’s Job responsibilities per shipping department prepared by a
shipping HR professional.

What does an “Intern” do? Organizes, files, takes dictation, calls & messages & any other support work
(pre-agreed terms of tasks , duration from 2 -12 months)

What is an Office Visit? First time shipping office experience where interns are shown how things run (1
month duration , max 20 hours per week)
