League starts the week of January 16th
Rules: Teams consist of 4 players, 1 sub per roster. Only 4 athletes
allowed participating during each game.
Teams will hit head to head against teams that are equal to their age.
Age groups for Baseball are 9-10, 12-15, High School, and Open Adult
age group above that. Age groups for Softball are 9-10, 12-14, 15- up
open. Speeds on the pitching machines will be set according to their
age.
Games will be 7 Innings or :45 minutes.
Each Inning will consist of 3 outs per team. Each game will be called
by an umpire from 365 Sports Complex. All batted balls will be scored
on a point system based off of targets and markers in the cage.
Games: 8 regular Season Games and a Double elimination playoff
tournament.

Home and Visitor will be determined by coin toss
No Bunting allowed in this league
No Foul Language, throwing or slamming of equipment, or arguing with umpire
allowed
o First offense: 0 points for team that inning (inning over at that point)
o Second offense: Forfeit of game (game ends at that point)
o Third offense: Team disqualified from League
Helmets must be worn at all times in cage by hitters and umpires
Playoff seeds will be determined by best record first, highest overall points second,
and head to head third.
Outs:
o All ground balls are outs (any fair ball that touches the turf before hitting the
net.)
o Ball that hits top of cage before the “out Line” marked on the top of cage
o A 2 strike foul ball
Hit values:
o Contact will be awarded a point value according to where it “hits” the cage
netting.
o Side or back wall below the line – 1 point
o Side wall above the line – 2 points
o Back wall above the line – 3 points
o Top of cage in back 1/3 of cage and/or crease of back wall and top net. – 4
points
o Outs – 0 points
7 innings or 45 minutes. If inning is started when 55 minute mark is reached, inning
will be completed.
Tie Game will be settled by a 5 swing hit off between one hitter from each team.
One “Take” will be allowed in a 5 swing at bat.
Teams are allowed to warm up using tee’s and soft-toss in designated Sock Nets ,
10 minutes prior to game time.
