Program Registration – Program presented by the Palm Coast Parks
and Recreation Department.
Participation or Registration Fee – Customer reserves a facility to
conduct a program/event/seminar that is open to the public, but a fee
is charged for participation.
Tournaments - The customer is hosting an athletic tournament and
there is a team and/or individual entrance fee to play.
