In this briefing sheet, additional detail is given in terms of the core elements that need to be considered when assessing a KA2 strategic partnership final report with a focus on the quality of (project team) cooperation. Elements: What to consider: QUALITY OF COOPERATION: the extent to which the participating bodies and organisations effectively contributed to successful project delivery. Consider different partner types and the roles that each might be expected to play: comment on how actual levels of participation compare to those originally foreseen and described in the project application, taking into account the experience and expertise brought forth and aligning this with the needs of the project. Consider how the project was actually delivered, and how roles, tasks and responsibilities were divided among partners, commenting on the appropriateness of this for project delivery. Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships Final Report Assessment Confirm the level of participation of the different partners and whether the roles, tasks and responsibilities given to each partner enabled successful project delivery. QUALITY OF COOPERATION: the effectiveness of mechanisms for collaboration, coordination and communication between the participating organisations. Consider and comment on the relevance of the cooperation and collaboration mechanisms adopted in the project, as well as the appropriateness of tools and approaches used to facilitate internal (partner) communication. QUALITY OF COOPERATION: extent to which the participation of organisations from Partner Countries brought clear, confirmed and essential added-value. Consider - in cases where partner country participation was planned, agreed and reported the added-value of all such involvement, based on activities reported at the project end, confirming the benefits of participation for project delivery and for the development of European education and training at one or more levels. QUALITY OF (PROJECT TEAM) COOPERATION Confirm whether the mechanisms chosen for internal collaboration and communication were appropriate for project delivery, highlighting successes and/or difficulties encountered. Confirm, and provide details of, the added-value of partner country participation in terms of ensuring successful project delivery and enhancing education and training policies and practices in Europe. Assessment Criteria Also refer to the most recent version of the Erasmus+ Programme Guide (for the year of the project being assessed).
