Through work with various target groups, and work with other organizations, I
developed good negotiating skills. Also, communication and team work
represent essential skills that I practiced in the last seven years in youth work.
Through my work I developed sensibility and a ability to work in a multicultural
environment.
I am a self-conscious person, I communicate effectively with others in my
environment, understand and identify others' feelings, having highly developed
empathy. I posses problem solving skills as well as negotiating skills. I am
capable of and prefer to plan ahead, to learn from experience, adopt and
implement daily acquired knowledge and skills that I need to work with young
people.
Personal skills: professional, responsible, hardworking, persistent and initiative
person, team player, communicative, willing to cooperate, capable of making
independent decisions.
In my work I am highly motivated that the needed activities and tasks are
accomplished to the very end.
Through the project of the European Volunteer Service I gained the ability to
plan, coordinate and implement projects and daily activities for volunteers.
Through understanding, mapping the specific needs of young people in the
community and writing projects that I would also partly manage in their
subsequent implementation and realization, I deepen my already acquired
knowledge, connecting theory with practice. Also, creating questionnaires,
conducting structured interviews and focus groups I come to specific information
used for purposes of writing and realization of community projects. During my
practice on the course of the Youth Work and later during specific projects I
have organized over 50 workshops for which budget and its implementation was
my responsibility.
In my international experience, I organized two youth exchanges on which I was
responsible as a leader and person for logistical help. Exchange with the
organization NICE from Belfast lasted two years, with a total of 15 days of
intensive program.

Excellent ability in navigation through the Internet.
Since 2007 I have been a member of artistic group for multimedia performances
"Medijala". Through work with other participants in the group I conducted several
performances, participated in the exhibition of "lumino" lamps, as well as the
"shadow theater". I am one of the founders of NGO "SPOT" in Subotica for
which I carry out jobs of consultation and implementation of workshops and
training with a group of high school students on the topic "Electronic bullying in
secondary schools".
I joined the student movement „OTPOR“ (“RESISTANCE”) in 2000 and
participate in variety street actions in Subotica in that period. (OTPOR had
significant role in the end of Slobodan Milosevic’s rule)
Also participated in the following trainings and seminars: Strategic Planning for
the NGO networks, drugs and young people, sex trafficking, violence in the
family, LFA analysis. I also posses a certificate of Youth Fund programme
(known as "Youth Bank, organization: The Community Foundation for Northern
Ireland and PRONI Institute of Social Education).
Acquired skills: interviewing, carrying out duties, report writing, teamwork,
decision-making, publicity and marketing, administrative jobs
I posses the participation certificate of "Be the Change" program, 2004
organized by the "Peace Child Europe" and "United Games".
Leader of the working group for Information and Mobility, Active Participation
and volunteering with young people for creating documents - Local Action Plan
in Subotica.
Currently I attend courses in English language by Cambridge program, at a
private school, "Charring Cross", at the level of "Advanced Level" Developmental level (the program is accredited by the" Cambridge Certificate of
English).
I have great interest for: psychology (emotional intelligence, social intelligence),
Socio - Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology.
I am learning to play guitar, I'm interested in photography, clay modeling, dance
and old crafts (techniques with wool, carving...) on which workshops I try to take
part in every opportunity that free time allows.
