Sunday Events Coordinator The Sunday Events Coordinator (SEC) function exists to provide support, leadership and consistency to enable the Sunday event across all locations to run effectively. The SEC function will be focused on supporting team leaders at all locations in the leading and running of their teams. They will help build strong recruitment procedures, training and development plans alongside monitoring and nurturing strategies for all teams at all locations. The SEC will also be responsible for planning and communicating the Sunday plans for all locations creating strong lines of accountability to ensure The City Church locations are expressing the United yet Unique culture. Individual post holders will have prime responsibility for their specific areas but there will be an expectation for team working within the function including supporting the work within other specific areas e.g. annual leave and sickness cover, supporting a team member to achieve a specific deadline. We are currently recruiting for: Sunday Events Coordinator (1.0 WTE) If you have experience of working in leading and managing teams, proven organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to use initiative, prioritise, think and work independently under pressure, highly competent using Microsoft Office we would welcome your application.
