BONUS STRIKE FREE PLAY REWARDS - OFFICIAL RULES
• Beginning on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 11AM, every Thunder Rewards member actively playing on a slot machine exclusively inside the Smoke-Free Slots Room at Thunder Valley Casino Resort will be eligible to participate in a three level carded Free Play Progressive.
• Each Bonus Strike winner will be determined by the Carded Lucky Coin bonusing application via the Advantage slot system.
• Bonus Strike is a System Bonus payout. The payout is not based on a specific winning combination of reel symbols; rather, the payout is random based on coin-in and carded play.
• The guest must have his or her own player’s card established prior to winning and must have it properly inserted in the machine card reader at the time Bonus Strike is active.
• Each Bonus Strike award will be loaded directly onto the guest’s Thunder Rewards Card as Free Slot Play.
• The three Free Play Progressive Levels are as follows:
MINI PROGRESSIVE WILL RANGE FROM $25 - $50 IN FREE SLOT PLAY
SUPER PROGRESSIVE WILL RANGE FROM $50 - $250 IN FREE SLOT PLAY
ULTIMATE PROGRESSIVE WILL RANGE FROM $250 - $1,000 IN FREE SLOT PLAY
Once a Bonus Strike Progressive has been awarded, the progressive meter will automatically reset at the starting amount.
GENERAL RULES
• Participants must be 21 years of age or older and have a Thunder Rewards card to be eligible.
• All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
• All unclaimed prizes are considered forfeited.
• Participants in this promotion agree to abide by the rules of this promotion and to be photographed for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.
• In accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, winners of prizes valued at $600 or above must provide their name, address and taxpayer identification number (SSN) prior to receiving their prize. Accounting maintains an aggregation of winnings by player for 1099 distribution purposes at year-end.
• Management is not responsible for errors or omissions.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules will be resolved by Thunder Valley Casino Resort management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all contestants. In addition, Thunder Valley Casino
Resort reserves the right to void any ticket, and/or to change, cancel, or modify this promotion at any time.
