Copy the team import list CSV file to your PDA Choose NEW‐Player or EDIT‐Player from the main SMARTSPEED menu on your PDA Choose the team from the dropdown list that you wish to import the players into Tap the IMPORT button, and choose the team import CSV file from the list IMPORTING PLAYER LISTS INTO AN EXISTING TEAM (SOFTWARE VERSION 2.83 OR EARLIER) Once a team exists in the PDA team list, players can be added to the team by importing a list created on your PC. To create an import list in NOTEPAD 1.

Create a new notepad document on your PC Type in the player list in the following format ‐ LastName,FirstName. For example ‐ Smith,Joe Andrews,John White,Frank If you also wish to import player weights and RFID tag numbers, the format must be ‐ LastName,FirstName,Weight,RFIDNumber The RFID band numbers can be inserted using a PC‐USB RFID reader, which will insert the number wherever the cursor is placed. Remember, if you are not concerned about the Peak Power Output calculation, simply enter the default weight of 70 kg for each player For example ‐ Smith,Joe,75,0154619705088 Andrews,John,74,0154619691930 White,Frank,68,0154619695790 Save the file and copy it to your PDA as a text file (.txt) NOTE – if you prefer, you can import only the player names to begin, and then associate each player with an RFID wrist band later using the EDIT/PLAYER menu and the method described above.
