Section Feedback This is correct change as the Core Strategy for Amber Valley Borough Council and the larger Derby
Housing Area is sound without the inclusion of this most valuable heritage site which is part of the
greater Kedleston House and gardens grade 1 site.
Additional road access and surrounding highways for this site are inadequate for additional
housing.
Further more the site consist of almost 20 hectares of prime (mostly grade 2) agricultural land
which the UK needs to maintain for domestic food production.
All of the above points makes this site unsuitable for housing development.
It is not a sustainable site.
