My Game Assignments

Official’s Member Account
Once you have been confirmed as a game official by your club or organization you will be
able to log in to your member account and manage your game assignments and
information.
When you first log in to your member account you will see your name on the right side of
your member home page. Next to your name is a Officials Management button that
allows you to access your Officials Management tools.
NOTE: If you do not see this button it means that an administrator has not yet confirmed
your status as an official. Contact your club or organization administrator with any
questions about your confirmation.
When you click the Officials Management button you will be taken to the Officials
Management page. On this page you can alternate between three tabs:

2.
Self Assign Games
3.
My Skill Profile
Below are instructions that will outline the features and purpose of each section.
My Game Assignments
When you have been assigned to games your schedule will be automatically
updated and shown under this tab. There are special features under the My Game
Assignments tab that can help you view and organize your assigned game
schedule.
Filters
If you want to see games between specific dates expand the panel that
reads Filters by clicking the small blue triangle on the left. You can input a
date range for your games, which will change the dates of the displayed
games.
On this panel you can also search through your assigned games by entering
a phrase such as a location name, a team name or an official’s name to limit
your game view.
Click Update Games when done to change the displayed games below.
Extra Columns
You can change the displayed game information by selecting or deselecting
the check boxes next to the options shown in this Extra Columns panel.
You should see four available options:
1. End - adds a column for the end game time
2. Home - adds a column for the home team
3. Visitor - adds a column for the visitor team
4. Other Officials - adds a column for the names of other
officials
When a box is selected or deselected the displayed game information is
automatically changed in the table below.
Tools
The Tools panel is always displayed and contains four buttons for four
different resources that are presented to make organizing and managing
your game schedule simple.
Print Schedule

If you are connected to a printer you can click the Print Schedule button to print out
a paper copy of your game schedule.

When you click this button a confirmation window will appear asking for you to
choose a date range for your schedule.

Choose OK when done.

Your schedule will download to your computer as a pdf file. Open this file and print
as normal.
Download iCal Schedule

When you choose the Download iCal Schedule button a confirmation window will
appear asking for you to choose a date range for your schedule.

Choose OK when done.

Your schedule will download to your computer. Open this file when it has
completed its download.
iCal Subscription
Do you use a calendar applications such as MS Outlook, Mozilla
Thunderbird, or Google Calendar? You can now keep track of your
Officials schedule right from your personal accounts.
When you choose the iCal Subscription button a pop up window will
appear with a url that can be used to subscribe to your game schedule.
Once you have subscribed, the calendar in your application can check
the url for schedule updates allowing you to see up-to-date events at all
times.

Games
Below your Tools you will see a game table with information about each game you have
been assigned.
Canceling a Game
If you want to cancel a game assignment, you can either click the Turn
Back link to cancel your assignment to the game, or if turning back is not
allowed you can click the Contact Admin button to send an email to
your administrator.
After contacting an administrator about turning back an assignment, be
sure to follow up while the game still shows you as assigned. The
administrator contact feature does not automatically cancel your
assignment. When your assignment is canceled by your administrator
you will receive a confirmation email.
Self Assign Games
If your club or league as begun creating a schedule for the season the available
games in need of officials will be listed in this section.
Filters

Assign Yourself to a Game
If you find games that fit into your schedule you can choose your role by
selecting Choose a Role under the My Preferred Role column in the Games
table.
A window will appear asking you to choose your role from a pull down
menu. When you are done, choose OK. This will assign you to the game
and be automatically updated to your My Game Assignments section.
My Skills Profile
Under the section My Skills Profile you will find your admin assigned rank and a
section where you can add your qualifications as a game official.
Add information about yourself by typing in the text box below Experience.
When you are satisfied with what you have written click Save.
If you have added information that you wish to undo, click the Undo Changes
button.
