Hockey Ticket Raffle
Basic Information
Skaters SELLING & General Fundraiser Information
• Each skater is given a booklet of 10 tickets to start with. All skaters are ENCOURAGED to sell minimum 1 booklet.
• Additional booklets will be handed out on a first come first serve basis.
(Extra Booklet requests MUST go to your TEAM Leader).
• All tickets are $5 EACH. Skaters to collect funds and submit one cheque to LMSSC.
*Please put the ticket stub numbers as the “memo” on the cheque issued to LMSSC*
• Once original book is SOLD and cheque is issued to LMSSC, skater may ask for an additional booklet to sell.
• Buyers must be +13 years of age to purchase tickets or accompanied by an adult who is apparently the minor’s
parent or guardian and who consents to the sale.
• We MUST keep track of ALL tickets SOLD and UNSOLD. * Team Leaders are responsible for Tracking TEAM Tickets
• Final selling date is December 13th, 2010.
• All profits will be SPLIT between the teams based on total % of tickets sold by EACH Team.
• Booklets are to be handed out by TEAM LEADERS. Funds will be submitted to Team Leaders. Each booklet MUST be
signed out (by Team Leader). When returned the following information MUST be recorded (a) what date funds are
received and (b) number of each tickets remaining unsold from the booklet.
• After 1 MONTH of selling tickets we will assess the situation for tickets sold and if needed we will
set up tables at local Grocery Stores & Liquor Stores to sell the remaining amount!
• There are THREE INCENTIVE PRIZES!!!! For the 3 people with the top TOTAL INDIVIDUAL SALES!!!

• Canucks & Giants tickets are Front Row Balcony seats.
• Giants tickets include FREE parking

The Skater who individual SELLS the most tickets will receive:
2 TICKETS to a Vancouver Canucks Game!!!
** Remember the Canucks are SOLD OUT this season!!! So it’s not easy to buy seats!
Especially good ones! These ones are front row of the Balcony!!!
The Skaters who individual SELLS the 2nd and 3rd most tickets will receive:
2 TICKETS to a Vancouver Giants Game!
** This year it is the Vancouver Giants 10th anniversary!! The organization has made sure
that there is plenty of entertainment for all spectators ensuring a GREAT evening out!
