Subject:- Reorganization of Central Excise Commissionerates under Customs, Central Excise
& Service Tax, Meerut Zone, Meerut.
In pursuance of Ministry's Notification No.27/2014-Central Excise (N.T.) dated 16th
September, 2014, the existing Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax, Meerut Zone, Meerut will
comprise of the following Central Excise Commissionerates by carving out the jurisdiction of the
existing Central Excise Commissionerates. The new formations so created will start functioning from
15th October, 2014. The Designation of the officer heading the Commissionerate and the jurisdiction
of each Central Excise Commissionerate is specified under column (3) & (4) respectively of the following
