Sale of Surplus Vehicle
Sealed bids, plainly marked “Sale of Surplus Vehicle” on the outside of the envelope, addressed
to the Town Administrator, 7 Mast Road, Lee, New Hampshire, 03861, will be accepted until
September 7, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. Bidders’ instructions are available by calling 603-659-5414 or
on the website leenh.org. The Town’s bid form must be submitted.
The surplus vehicle is a 2005 Chevy Impala w/89,024 miles
Vehicle may be viewed at the Lee Safety Complex, 20 George Bennett Rd, Lee, NH and is being
sold as is, where is, as shown and without warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied.
The Town of Lee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal
deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.

Bidders Instructions
The item offered for sale, described below, is to be sold as is, where is, as shown and without
warranties or guarantees either expressed or implied. The sale shall be FOB the premises where
located:
2005 Chevy Impala Sedan V6, 3.4L with front wheel drive
Standard basic package

Mileage – 89,024
Grey exterior, grey interior, 4 dr., power windows, power door locks and AC
Overall condition is good with little or no rust
The vehicle may be viewed at the Lee Safety Complex, 20 George Bennett Road, Lee, NH
Award will be made to the highest bidder. Payment in full must be received within ten (10) days
of Notice of Award. Payment will be accepted only via cash, bank check or certified check made
payable to the Town of Lee.
The vehicle must be removed from the premises within fifteen (15) days of Notice of
Award or payment may be forfeited. Once payment is made, the sale is final and no refund or
return will be allowed.
The Town of Lee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal
deficiencies, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
Without limiting the forgoing, and although no specific reserves have been set, the Town may
reject all bids on the vehicle if the bids are substantially below fair market value.
