CR3 Diabetes Association was established in 1998 to fill an important need that was not being met by other diabetes organizations. This Triangle based association provides free medical and
monitoring supplies to diabetics who are uninsured or underinsured.

Diabetes is one of the nation’s most deadly diseases, affecting
more than 21 million Americans. Those who suffer from diabetes
must constantly monitor their blood sugar and insulin levels to
maintain a healthy lifestyle. Testing supplies are expensive and
often unaffordable to those with inadequate health insurance.
2015 Golf Classic
10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY
Since its founding, CR3 Diabetes has provided $1,700,000 worth
of diabetic medical supplies, including insulin pumps, to individuals affected by diabetes. Proceeds from the Golf Classic will help
diabetics control this deadly disease.

The Rotary Club of West Raleigh, chartered in 1954, is an active
service organization that provides volunteers and financial support to a wide range of educational and humanitarian projects.
Proceeds from the Golf Classic have traditionally supported the

$230,000 to support these and other important
