Congratulations in participating in our top Class A ASA state tournament. Nebraska ASA
wishes you and your team a successful state tournament. Thank you for playing ASA the
national governing body of softball.
Dates:
July 12-14, 2013 – Hastings, Nebraska Softball Complex – 3 Game Guarantee- $250

Check-in:
One hour before first game at complex. Proof of age for each player competing in this
tournament and coaches/dugout personnel proof of ASA background checks (current
year) must be visually displayed in the dugout. One coach must be ACE certified.
Prepare to declare your National advancing intentions.
Dugout:
The team listed on the bottom portion of the bracket will occupy the third base dugout.
Souvenir Shirts:
Souvenirs will be available on site and located on the second floor on the Southeast
side of the building near Field #4.
Advancing Info:
One – USA/ASA National Championship – Bowling Green, Kentucky on July 28-August
4. Any team that competes in the state tournament may advance to the Northern
National in Overland Park, Kansas on August 1-4. See Tournament Director for details.
Gate Admission: $5.00 for Adults - $3 for ages 6-18 per day. Players will be issued players passes for
admission into the complex.
WATER COOLERS – YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO BRING YOUR OWN WATER COOLERS OR
INDIVIDUAL WATER COOLERS. WATER WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IN THE
DUGOUT DUE TO HEALTH CONCERN ISSUES.
Complex Rules:
PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR PLAYERS AND FANS THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO
BRING FOOD INTO THE COMPLEX. Pets are not allowed in the complex.
