TEAM SOCIAL
Relax and have a break from the formalities
with this social and fun activity. Interactive team
tasks great for strengthening relations amongst
team members and building some team spirit.

MINUTE TO WIN IT
The TV Game show. COMPETITORS in teams face 1minute challenges. At the start of each
round, teams must decide which member
will go up against a challenger from the
opposing team. They go head-to-head and have 1 minute
to complete the challenge!

DRUMMING
OPTION 3
Has your company done corporate
drumming?
Drumming is a unique and dynamic way to get
everybody beating to the same rhythm in no time!
Anyone can drum - if your heart is beating, you
have rhythm! Within minutes, your team will
be making music. Because rhythm is a
universal language, our ‘mother tongue’,
drumming creates a unity that transcends
barriers.

OPTION 3
ARCHERY
Archery is really fun and social, an activity that
anyone can enjoy (and hit the target with some
practice). We start with an instruction and practice
round or two. Once everyone is feeling comfortable and
has their eye in, we place the group into teams for a fun
tournament.

Add on a Waterfall Hike – A 4 km hike to the Giba Valley waterfall
OPTION 4
SURVIVOR
Tribes are formed and take part in some ritual ice-breakers at Giba Gorge. Survivor
takes us on a journey through Giba Valley past the Waterfall. Teams complete a task at the
waterfall area and then hike past the Boot Camp
venue for archery.
Tribes take part in 3 challenges which include:
 Team Tasks – Testing team spirit, team
communication and individual’s teamwork
skills!!
 Archery – Teams compete in a social Archery
target shooting competition.
 Hike to Waterfall – Complete a team task & earn extra point for your tribe by
sticking your head under the waterfall.
6 HRS – 3 ACTIVITIES or 4 hrs – 2 ACTIVITIES
CATERING OPTIONS
Catering is prepared on-site by AFROS CHICKEN & PIZZA CLUB. Clients are seated
at the restaurant area on the terrace.
MENUS
- Buffets, finger snacks, pizza, braais and spit braais are
available as well as ordering from the Afros Menu
(Chicken Burgers/Strips and Chips).
- Tea Breaks and biscuits or muffins.
Please note: Giba Gorge is a non-self catering venue. No food and beverages may
be brought onto the property. Giba Gorge is a
licensed venue and no alcohol may be brought onto
the premises. No braais are permitted.
