I’m very grateful and thankful to Lusi and her team
that I was introduced to IBCT.
After attending diagnostics with Lusi, it really opened
my eyes and allowed me to be more conscious and
aware of my own strengths and weaknesses. Because
of this, I was able to identify and focus on certain
areas that needed to be worked on.
Personally, I admire Lusi for all that she has taught
us and the amount of time and dedication she has
committed. There are still so many things that 5
lessons may not be enough.
Also, I would like to mention Lee Hing for constantly
encouraging and mentoring me. Whenever there I
have any questions, she would not hesitate to help.
Lastly, can’t thank Lusi enough for everything that she
has imparted to us. I will ensure that I apply soft
skills often/daily! 
