The Denver Chapter of the American Association of Drilling Engineers will hold its Twenty-first Annual
Golf Tournament on Friday, June 23, at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course. AADE is very pleased to
have reserved this championship course for its tournament and needs your support to ensure that it
will be a success.
AADE is offering four types of sponsorships. For $500.00 you can have the Bronze Sponsorship
which will include your company’s name on the sponsor list in the rules package that every group
will receive. The Silver Sponsorship will be $1,000.00. For this your company will receive all the
benefits of the Bronze Sponsorship, and in addition, your corporate name will be on an individual
sponsorship sign. The Gold Sponsorship will be $1,500.00. For this your company will receive all the
benefits of the Silver Sponsorship, and in addition, your corporate name will be on two individual
signs at select sponsored holes. Bronze, Silver, and Gold sponsors are guaranteed one foursome in
the tournament (entry fee required). The Platinum Sponsorship is $2,000.00. It includes all of the
benefits of the previous sponsorship levels as well as three sponsorship signs and guarantees two
foursomes (entry fee required) with the starting time of your choice.
The great response to last year’s tournament allowed a large contribution to the AADE Scholarship
Fund, and with your continued assistance, this year’s tournament will be even better.

Twentieth Annual Golf Tournament
The American Association of Drilling Engineers Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday, June 23, 2017 at
the Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Course. The format for the event will be a four-man scramble. Check-in
time will be at 6:00 a.m. with tee times at 7:00 a.m. for the morning shotgun, and 12:00 p.m. with tee
times at 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon shotgun. The Awards Dinner will start at 6:00 p.m. Prizes will be
given away after each round. You do not have to be present to win.
Entry fee includes green fees, cart, driving range, breakfast or dinner. The tournament field is limited to
288 entries so be sure to get your fees in as soon as possible. We are looking forward to seeing you
there.
