Having just turned 18 this July, IFA is older, wiser but more motivated than ever to change the face of South Africa.
IFA Chairman’s Forum Members, Thula Mafoko and Patrick Mampofu, represent what is possible through the
IFA Business Opportunity. Together they have 32 years of Invite, Meet and Follow-up (IMF) experience between them.

sector at the time, was introduced to IFA by Richard Ward.
Though reluctant at first, he made his first earnings by June
that year but soon got derailed by other network marketing
companies. The tipping point was in August 2001 when he and
his wife, IFA Legend Nosabata Mompofu, took the decision to
solely focus on IFA and they have never looked back since.

of exposure, for example,
by taking new members of

Thula explains.
When the Mampofu’s joined

“IFA has proven itself resilient
to ‘fly-by-nights’ and fads.
In 18 years, it has paid more

teaching people to apply a very
simple formula – IMF. Therefore,
I measure my success by the

Patrick has all his awards on display.

On twitter you have updates called ‘tweets’

IFAs Grace Head Office

n Wednesday, 25 May 2016 the Clientèle Office Park
was abuzz with excitement and activity when over 60
IFAs came to visit the IFA Head Office.
The purpose of the day was to provide IFAs with an opportunity to visit
Head Office so that they are exposed and familiar with the different
departments that they interact with and are key to the success of
their business. It was also an opportunity to showcase the company
and its credibility to downlines and new team members.
When the group was done visiting all the departments, they headed
to building 7 where they enjoyed a delicious warm lunch while
appreciating the magnificent view of Sandton. They were welcomed
by Clientèle Managing Director, Basil Reekie, who highlighted IFA’s
achievements throughout the year and motivated everyone with his
belief in IFA’s future growth. Chairman Forum member Thula Mafoko
also took to the podium during the day and shared his IFA journey.
His motivational speech about how he has consecutively managed
to secure his spot as the Top Earner really inspired everyone.
Before they called it a day; Mthunzi Mbali, IFA Marketing Director
shared a few tips on how IFAs can market their business, and make
the most of the support from Head Office.
Izindaba caught up with some IFAs and
this is what they had to say about the day:
Jerry Dikgale: “This was a great initiative. It
was lovely to see how everything comes
together from the moment our applications
are received to paying out our earnings.”
Mokhine Mathabatha: “Well done to everyone
who put this day together. It was amazing
to see that our business is run with such
high professionalism.”

These schemes have a couple of indicators
in common to watch out for. They promise
high (usually unsustainable) returns on
money “invested” and the underlying

unlawful and will collapse at some stage

economic status, many South

money while trying to gain some. It is
important to be vigilant and watch out
for quick money making schemes like
