Players transferring from Club to Club within the SWHA must submit a transfer, on the approved form, to the Convenor of the
South West Hockey League Committee at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the commencement of the game in which the
player is to play.
A transfer for any other player outside the SWHA must be presented, on the approved form, to the Convenor of the South West
Hockey League Committee at least ten (10) days before the commencement of the game in which the player is to play.
The Club will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of receival of the transfer by the Convenor of the League Committee.
The player cannot play unless the transfer has been ratified by the Convenor of the League Committee.
