• It teaches children and youth that everyone is
different and has different abilities
• Promotes the idea of disability as another
element of diversity

inclusive programs

What’s Included?
Each game includes instructions, a spinning
wheel, question cards and all the supplies you
need to facilitate the game in the classroom,
recreation or community setting, and two
versions of the game:
Youth Edition (10+)
• Acknowledges different situations, choices,
languages and cultures
• Promotes friendship and support
• Identifies disability as one more facet of
diversity
• Creates opportunities for young people to
talk about inclusion
Elementary Edition (7-9 yrs)
• Questions and issues in the youth edition are
adapted for this age range
• Language is modified so issues raised are
easily understood
• Participants build a friendship tree
Instructional DVD
• Coaches the instructor on how to facilitate
the two editions, and helps the trainer:
• understand the objectives and benefits of

• use the tools to successfully facilitate

• Additional support is also provided through
mentorship or direct communication.
