The following Bid is to enter into a Concessionaire Agreement with the Park Board of Trustees of the City
of Galveston. The Concessionaire Agreement will allow for the use of a portion of the Parks and Beach
location managed by Galveston Park Board to offer one or more of the following services Umbrella
Rentals, Amusement rides, Frozen Novelties, Food/Beverage Trailer/Cart, Kiosk Sale, and Jet Ski rentals,
Bait Camp, Surf Camp. The term of the agreement may be a period of two (2) years with the possibility of a
renewal for an additional two (2) years. Bidder understands that the concessionaire agreement is a nonexclusive right to operate a concession. The Galveston Park Board retains the right to reward other
concessionaire agreements, licenses and permits to other parties at any time that may sell similar products
and services at Parks and Beach location managed by Galveston Park Board. Bidder understands The
Park Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive formalities and reject any or all vendor bids.
Approved vendors will be required to sign a Concession Agreement that must be approved by
Board of Trustees prior to commencement of operation. The said Concessionaire Agreement will
list several additional Terms and Conditions not listed in this Bid Form.

This bid is for the 2017-2018 Summer Vending Season. All vendors are subject to final approval of
the Park Board of Trustees at a regular meeting. The Park Board of Trustees reserves the right to
waive formalities and reject any or all vendor bids. Approved vendors will be required to sign a
Concession Agreement prior to commencement of operation.
