Banners at Cedar Ridge High School Sports Complex – heavy traffic from many sports including baseball,

Sponsorship Opportunities: The lacrosse booster club supports students from both Cedar Ridge and Stony
Point High Schools in Round Rock, Texas. Combined these large schools have over 5,000 students.
Sponsorship will be for the sports season/ team as well as our major fundraiser, the Chefs’ Tour of Kitchens.
Recognition will be seen not only by lacrosse game and practice attendees, but also by all the other winter/
spring sports (high school, middle school and youth leagues) including baseball, soccer, track and tennis.
Recognition in 2016 may also include expanded coverage at a playoff tournament– a two day event held at

About the Cedar Ridge and Stony Point
High School Men’s Lacrosse Team

Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in Round Rock and the nation.

Unlike other sports, Lacrosse is not a school-sponsored sport. It is a “club sport” which means it is not
funded by the state or the school district. This means player fees are required to pay coaching salaries,
equipment, uniforms, referees, field costs, etc. The team depends on these fees and community support.

These pay-to-play fees make Lacrosse unaffordable for many interested young men. By soliciting
community support we hope to make being involved in lacrosse more affordable.

Studies have shown that students who are engaged in a sport or club perform better academically.

Over 5,000 students attend school at Stony Point and Cedar Ridge. In addition to lacrosse, there are
many other Spring sports that share practice and game space that will allow your sponsorship to be seen
by thousands of students and parents. Other sports which will see your name and logo include Soccer,
Softball and Baseball and Track. Not only do high schools utilize the fields where your logo is
displayed, but also the middle schools and the youth leagues in Round Rock.

Sponsorship creates a win-win marketing opportunity to show the community that you care about the
youth in your business area.

The Cedar Ridge Lacrosse Booster Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit which means your donation is taxdeductible.

In Spring 2016, the Cedar Ridge/Stony Point Lacrosse Team will be hosting the Central District D1 &
