Castle Colts F.C. have the pleasure in inviting teams from your club to attend our 2016
annual 6-a-side tournament at the Orchard Ground, Castle Road, Allington, Maidstone,
Kent, ME16 0PZ (entry form enclosed).
ENTRY FEE : £30 PER TEAM
(TWO OR MORE TEAMS FROM THE SAME CLUB AND AGE GROUP : £25 PER TEAM)

Refreshments available - hot and cold drinks, burgers, hotdogs etc

TERMS AND CONDITIONS









This tournament is for grass roots clubs only (no academies).
All teams must participate in a sporting manner and adhere to the rules.
No refunds for teams who cancel or fail to turn up.
A representative from your club must report to the registration tent 20
minutes prior to kick off to inform the organisers that your team is
present.
Castle Colts F.C. cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to
team’s equipment or belongings.
Castle Colts F.C. cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained (to players
or spectators).
By entering a team into this tournament you are agreeing to images and
pictures of your team appearing in various media outlets.
Castle Colts F.C. can amend the rules of this tournament as a result of
weather conditions and number of teams participating.
All players are subject to the disciplinary process of the Kent County
Football Association and are advised to consider their own private
insurance to cover claims arising from their own injury or that of another
player.
