The RE 5 XN is a forced-air cooled glass / metal power tetrode for frequences up to 240 MHz with coaxial
arrangement of electrode terminals.
The maximum anode dissipation rating is 5 kW.
The RE 5 XN is primarily intended for use as an oscillator and R.F. power amplifier in VHF TV or FM
transmitters.
