Paper Presentation. These are
academic papers reporting on scholarly
work. Authors present summarizes or
overviews of their complete paper,
describing the essential features
(purpose, procedures, and outcome,
product, or results) of their work. The
Conference Program Committee will
assign Paper Presentations to Themed
Sessions (with each presenter having
15 min for a formal presentation,
followed by group discussion) or to
Roundtable Discussions. Multipleauthored presentations are welcome..
Workshop: A workshop, crafted panel,
staged conversation, dialogue or
debate. This conference session
(usually about 45 minutes) involves
substantial interaction with the
audience. It must not simply be a long
paper.
Poster/Exhibit: Visual displays
accompanied by a brief abstract of the
purpose and procedures of the work.
Colloquium: A 90-minute session
involving at least five registered
participants (e.g.: a chair or facilitator
plus four or more delegates who
present for no more than 10 minutes
each). At least 20 minutes must be left
for audience interaction. The
conference committee does not
organize these sessions. Either a single
article or multiple articles may be
submitted to the journal based on the
content of a colloquium session.
One or two sentences – max. 30 words
– that summarizes the main idea of the
presentation.
