GENERAL INFORMATION
Divisions (may vary): Rec, Intermediate, Competitive
ALL leagues/divisions are recreationally-based
YMCA programs. Competitiveness is welcomed, but
within the limits of sportsmanship and the game
Rec, for fun; inexperienced players or those
just returning to the sport (NO Current, or under age 21,
High School/College players in Rec
Inter/Comp – for experienced players,
HS/College players (should primarily be in Comp) or
those wanting a “challenge”
Y Staff has final say in team placement; this is to
attempt to keep all divisions as even as possible
Rosters, with signatures, are due after 1st game;
rosters may be altered up until end of 2nd game;
EVERYONE must sign roster for liability waiver
PLAYERS ARE PERMITTED ON NO MORE THAN TWO
ROSTERS!!!
*if a player ends up on two teams in same
division, they must denote primary team on roster*
if both of player’s teams make playoffs, player
must play for primary team*
Players cannot “hop” teams once their team
loses (*only applies if in same division)
TEAM FEE is due by end of team’s 2nd game
if not paid by end of second game, first two
games become forfeit losses
if not paid BEFORE 3rd game, team will be
removed from league

choice for “evaluation”
Teams will be placed into proper divisions based on
OVERALL strength AND attitude/competitiveness
Talent, age, etc. of “a few players” does not
matter; the OVERALL team is evaluated
