Winter 2017 Season Team Registration Form
The Ellensburg Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting team registrations for the City of Ellensburg Coed
Indoor Soccer League. Indoor Soccer is a fast paced, high scoring, action packed version of full sided soccer. All
games are played 5 on 5, (Teams will consist of 4 “forwards” and one goalie), which leads to a large number of
touches for each player. Teams will play an 8 game season, concluded by a single elimination tournament.
Team Fee:
■ Team Fee - $375 per team
■ Full team fees are accepted ONLY, individual player payments are not accepted.
■ Teams may recruit local businesses as team sponsors
Dates:
■ Games begin the week of January 17, 2017
Game Days:
■ Tuesday and Thursday evenings
Game Times:
■ 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm – Note: Game times may be adjusted
Game Sites:
■ City of Ellensburg Racquet and Recreation Center (ERRC) Indoor Soccer Field
Game Schedules:
■ Schedules will be completed no later than Monday January 16, 2017, and will be emailed to
each team captain as well as available on the City of Ellensburg web site and at the ERRC

Registration Dates: ■ Registration is open December 1, 2016 and will close January 6, 2017
■ Full team fees and rosters must be turned in NO LATER than Friday January 6, 2017
■ Please Note:
The Youth Center will be closed open limited hours from Dec. 19, 2016 to Jan 3, 2017.

Registration forms and fees can be processed at the Stan Bassett Youth Center, locate
at 406 E. Capitol, Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
■ Register Online:
Create an account or use an existing account to register for the City of Ellensburg Youth
Basketball league and many other programs including youth sports leagues, swimming
lessons, community recreation programs, and adult sport leagues. Individuals may
register using credit and debit payments onsite and online!

Player Interest List: ■ Players who cannot locate a team can place their name on the “Player Interest List” which
may be used to place players on existing teams and/or form additional teams.
